AI engineering inside valuation work.
I work full time at Marshall & Stevens, building AI automation for forensic valuation workflows and the shared systems that help those tools hold up in practice.
The role
I build applied AI workflows for document-heavy professional work: systems that help people organize evidence, review complex material, and produce more consistent first passes without hiding the human judgment the work requires.
I joined as an AI implementation intern in June 2025 and moved into a full-time AI Engineer role in July 2026. The work grew from individual automations into the patterns, visibility, and review loops around a portfolio of internal tools.
How I approach it
Build for review
Outputs are structured so an analyst can inspect, correct, and trace the work. The goal is usable leverage, not an impressive black box.
Hold up after the demo
The durable layer is workflow design, Python backends, clear failure states, and shared patterns that survive real use.
